Refund policy
If there is an issue with your order simply contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order via our online form with your Name, Email and Order number and we'll contact you directly to process your refund.
If your return is accepted, we will instruct you on how and where to send your package. Your refund will also include the amount you paid for return postage to us.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If there is damage to the packaging and or product, we will not be able to process a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like bath and personal use items such as aroma mists, oil rollers, bath bombs, soap and herbal bath salts. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
Unfortunately we are unable to provide exchanges or refunds for change of mind or if the scent wasn't to your liking.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
